OUR projects

I am a member of the JOY (Just Older Youth) community, a group of single seniors planning to live close to each other as we age. While we are there to support each other mentally and emotionally, we also want a good physical infrastructure, like that of a senior retirement community, to live in. We have researched over 25 senior living communities in India and the maximum number of our group members, including myself, are opting for Ashiana. Besides the fact that they offer nice facilities and beautiful locations, I am impressed by their empathetic approach to senior living, the attention to detail which positively impacts the everyday life of their residents, and the happiness quotient of the people I have met at their various locations. I am so looking forward to moving to Talegaon - can't wait to set up home in Ashiana Amodh.

We have a daughter and both of us are working in the High Court, Jodhpur. When we were looking for a house, our focus was at good maintenance & secured society. We found all of it at Ashiana Dwarka along with a luxury clubhouse with the Swimming pool and Kids room and many more amenities for us and our daughter. And so, we were convinced to buy our home at Ashiana Dwarka.

We choose Amantran because of the space, huge club house and low density- 492 families.We can use all the amenities very easily. Ashiana not only build houses or societies,they build a community.We are very excited to get the possession and live life of at the address of a select few.
