Our on-ground staff comprises security, plumbing, gardening and electrical professionals, whose job is to ensure that property is safe, clean, green and eco-friendly. All utilitarian needs are met by arrangements with house help, newspaper and milk vendors.

Safety is a top priority for us. All properties have been given well-maintained safety equipment. We ensure that staff members are trained regularly on first aid, and we hold regular fire drills.

We develop a range of programmes and activities centred on the community – festival celebrations, parties, dance competitions, yoga classes, art workshops, cricket tournaments, blood donation drives and Aadhaar registration drives. Our maintenance team both maintains the property, and plans a range of entertainment and learning activities.  We create ample distance between buildings to allow free flow of light and air. Our design respects nature and the environment. For instance, we use STP recycled water for gardening thereby saving a huge amount of fresh water.
