You can see our pricelists, site layout, floor plans, specifications list and booking chart on our website and choose your unit right away. Furthermore, you can also read/download draft copies of all agreements including sale and maintenance agreement. If you are interested for a project visit, you can request online and we will arrange escorted site visits to our project for you/family members.
Once you book your property with Ashiana Housing, we take you along our construction journey. You will get quarterly work progress report, along with photographs which help you keep track of the present construction status and the achieved milestones.
Lastly, as our appreciation towards those who serve our nation, we also offer a 2% discount on our properties to all Defence personnel.

Not different, if you long for housing complexes that are well-laid out, spic and span, green, open and filled with residents from all over the country.
Our properties have wide walkways and boast of open green spaces with huge landscaped parks, fountains, jogging and walking tracks, sport facilities and club houses. The array of amenities on offer will remind you of the expanse of an Army cantonment town.
Much like the Military Engineer Services (MES) that you have in Defence cantonments, our in-house maintenance teams ensure that your complex are paragons of cleanliness, are regularly maintained and their facilities serviced. We ensure that staff member is trained regularly on first aid, and we hold regular fire drills.
What more? Our on-site support team can also help you with a move-in service. And you can pay all your unit maintenance bills online and even check your ledger online.
Ease of Payment
We offer many options. You can either pay online or send us a cheque or DD. All the payment plans, along with the schedule of payments, are displayed on the website. When you sign on a particular payment plan during purchase, you can be assured that there will be no change in the amount that you have to pay until possession.
Our quarterly construction progress reports will outline milestones achieved. Based on the report, you have to pay as per the schedule and amount mentioned on the signed document. Although our agreements have an escalation clause, in the last 36 years we have never charged a higher payment invoking this clause or escalated the price.
Ashiana Housing properties have been purchased by former defence personnel through approved loans from AGIGF/ AFGIF and other such agencies. Our team will assist you with all the required documents to procure loans from these agencies. We can also help you procure housing loans from any other private or nationalised bank, and provide you with all required property documents.
Ease of Property Registration
Our legal team will provide you with all the assistance you need – from preparation of documents to fixing of advance appointments with the Registrar, especially if you are travelling in to town especially for this process. Our team will ensure their best efforts within the realm of possibilities in dealing with government processes.
Registration of unit can also be done through Power of Attorney, if the unit holder is unable to come for registration. We also have a dedicated grievance handling department –Ashiana Care (care@ashianahousing.com), that is entrusted with handling customer grievances on top priority, and resolve them at the earliest.
Ease of Resale and Rental
We offer a full roster of rental and resale services with a promise of smooth transaction for you even if you are away from the site. We understand the complications of transfers and postings, and your inability to visit the site on a regular basis. Hence, we ensure that you have all updates about property sale/ rental while you are away.
We have a dedicated in-house team that exclusively deals with resale and rental for all Ashiana projects, and comes with a huge database of prospective buyers. In the year 2016-17 we are able to rent out around 70-75 units/month till Dec across projects. Although, property prices and rentals are determined by the market conditions, and the demand & supply . We will try our best to give you a better deal at a reasonable time period.
All our pricelists are online, including approximate rates for both rental and resale. We provide assistance with property registration, stamp duty payment, verification of document authenticity, legal attestation and more.
