So we visited their Bhiwadi project and we liked what we saw but we didn’t want it in Delhi/Ncr Sometime later the Ashiana Amodh project in Talegaon/Pune was launched and we went for a site visit Here too we liked what we saw. The body language and ambiance of the place and its surroundings was very appealing The medical support in and around the project seemed adequate so we decided then and there and booked an apartment. "Shruta and I were looking for a Post Retirement Place which would be in the midst of nature. When we saw a Hoarding on the Mumbai Pune Expressway, we decided to visit the location in Talegaon. We found the location to be good and serene. Also the reputation of Ashiana Builders as available on the internet was good and we decided to make the investment. We had seen a few other locations offering senior living, but it did not meet our expectations in terms of price, customer service, premises layout, amenities etc. So when we visited Ashiana Amodh and checked our list of points, the level of satisfaction we had was good enough to make the investment. Also though, it was slightly, over priced, we thought it would be worth it given the kind of facilities being provided. "We made an exploratory trip to Ashiana's Active Senior Living Project at Mahindra World City Chennai on the 8* July, 2024. We were given a very warm reception by Mr. Infant Selva who could meticulously explain about the Project. He had answers for each and every question raised by us. His presentation was great and we were totally impressed and felt that the place was no more alien to us. The picturesque surroundings attracted us immediately, after about and an hour of spending there and watching the Video presentation of the Project, yes seeing was believing ! No wonder we could spontaneously decide on selection of an appropriate Apartment for us at a level suiting to our taste, dream and needs. We felt we cannot wait for 3 years of construction period. The Booking Officer, as promised visited our home in Mylapore to get all the documents initially required for our confirmation and we were happy that we had landed at a safe place and that was God's Will!
