The total site area of Ashiana Vatsalya is 18 acres of which approximately 4.8 acres is earmarked as green area within the project premises. The total saleable area is around 13 lakh square feet.

The project offers 1 BHK, 2 BHK, and 3 BHK units with sizes ranging from 891 sqft for 1 BHK to 1530 sqft for 3 BHK. There are a total of 1114 units planned across 13 towers.
After the demise of a resident, the property is transferred as per the deceased’s will. The legal transaction process is the same as that of a regular property transfer. The legal heir has the option to rent the property using our resale and rental team or they may engage with some independent broker/property consultant to rent/sell the property.
At Ashiana we create affordable housing solutions for individuals of the middle-income segment. The driving force for our senior living projects is also along similar lines of affordable quality living. We haven't launched senior living projects in central Chennai because they would be very expensive because of the land price. To make the project cost-effective we would have to cut corners which goes against our brand value. Also notably, Chennai is quite densely populated and wouldn't provide senior residents with the peace and tranquillity they deserve at this age. We wish to serve seniors from the middle-income category who are comfortable with settling on the outskirts of the city for a better-quality lifestyle amongst like-minded people and away from the city’s hustle culture.
Residents can enjoy amenities like a 42,000 sqft clubhouse, cafeteria, library, yoga room, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, daycare, meditation area, walking trails along the lake, and 24/7 medical facilities will also be provided.

One can visit the sales gallery at the project site and register interest by paying a token amount. Booking will be done basis availability by paying 10% of the cost price as booking amount.

It is a senior living community. Unlike traditional retirement homes or old age homes, Ashiana Swarang promotes active senior living.

We have Chettinad multi-specialty hospital near our project, about 13 kilometres. We will have a medical room within the project where doctors will visit five days a week, and there will be well-trained nurses available 24/7, as well as ambulance service.
