As new resident of Ashiana Town Bhiwadi i will share my views here ,In my opinion Ashiana Housing is one of the best Real Estate Company in India.Their sales team was very helpful and made my shifting process easy and comfortable , specially Ms Amrita ,she is very helpful and understanding . Its amazing to see how well the whole area is maintained , everyone does their work well and in time , its a joy to have my morning tea and see the swimming pool and all surrounding greenery and colorful fountains in the evenings are equally enjoyable , Amenities like club house and gym are also very well maintained , in addition the residents here are friendly and helpful as well as welcoming .One more things i would like to point out that is the builder has made flats like he would make his own , very thoughtful and all material used is also high quality.

Every time noise pollution spread by departmental store as their tempo come for grocery items.they put their vehicles on for 20 to 25 minutes .so there is so much noise dusterbing front side flats. I complained so many times but they don't take any action. Worst experience to live here.
