A glimpse of vibrant community we build.
From the Desk of the Jt. MD
Dear Friends,
It has been a heartening quarter for us with an increase in sales volumes and positive feedback from the market. We also delivered two new Senior Living projects - Ashiana Nirmay Phase-1, Bhiwadi and Ashiana Shubham Phase-1, Chennai. Shubham, our first project in South India was delivered about 2-3 months before the promised date. We hope that our customers will enjoy what we have created and hopefully we will create more homes in South India.
One other thing that really impressed me, and surprised a lot of our customers and friends, was the fact that we completed The Ashiana School building in just nine months! I am sure you will all love what you see so I request our customers, colleagues and friends to visit The Ashiana School. I am certain you will come away impressed not just with the infrastructure but also the new curriculum started by the school team.
I am also really pleased with the success of our kid centric homes, Ashiana Town, Bhiwadi which offer a lot of facilities to children. What really excites me is the 'Live and Learn' programme and the kind of exposure the kids of Ashiana Town are getting. They are performing and learning many more skills; many have taken up reading, they are enjoying the joy of sports and are inculcating values which have been proven to make people happier. There is no doubt that all this will really help in the all-round development of the kids. We are also excited about our second kid centric homes - Ashiana Umang, Jaipur - where the learning hub is ready.
And let me end with another bit of good news - it makes me happy to share with you all that the esteemed organisation IFC (part of the World Bank Group) will be co-investing with us in our upcoming projects.
Looking forward and hoping for a successful year and, as always, to your support in achieving the same!
Always keep smiling
