Dear Friends,
It was a pleasure spending time with the sales team last quarter in Vietnam, celebrating the success driven by our loyal customers and the hard work of the team. I also did a two day training for the sales team and found that transparency with customers remains a key focus for the team, aiming to raise the bar continually.
Attending the grand finale of Ashiana Supermoms at Anmol was a delightful experience, witnessing the infectious energy and camaraderie among the moms and the outstanding performances by the kids.
The vibrant communities we create at Ashiana bring immense joy and you can see each photo is telling a story of its own.

distributions, ending with a healthy meal.

Phoolwari children embraced Earth Day and World
Environment Day with enthusiasm, turning these celebrations

and took their green mission further by visiting a nursery in
Bhiwadi. They also distributed saplings to Ashiana employees,
SuperMoms and construction workers, bringing the entire
community to join their eco-friendly efforts.

Honouring dads on Father’s Day took a creative turn
with exciting activities that brought everyone together.
Phoolwari children dove into art and crafts, crafting unique
greeting cards filled with heartfelt messages and colorful
designs. They also had a blast decorating themed boards,
showcasing their love and appreciation for their fathers.

On International Yoga Day, parents joined their children for
invigorating yoga sessions, allowing families to experience

performances. Residents from Rangoli Gardens, Gulmohar
Garden and Ashiana Manglam, Jaipur reveled in the festive
spirit, dancing their hearts out and welcoming the year

9 Days of Magic
Residents at Ashiana Tarang, Bhiwadi adorned the place
with beautiful decorations and participated in daily pujas
and kirtans over nine days of Navratri, filling the community

Polio Protection
Ashiana Tarang, Bhiwadi, recently hosted a vital polio camp
to safeguard the future of the children. The event focused
on ensuring every child in the community received essential
vaccinations, protecting them and fostering a healthier
environment for all.

Showcasing the sportsmanship at Ashiana Tarang, Bhiwadi,
a badminton tournament was organized, engaging 73 kids

Ashiana Daksh, Jaipur, recently hosted a health checkup camp for residents. This initiative offered essential
screenings and wellness advice, emphasizing a commitment

Drawing the Green Line
In celebration of World Environment Day, Ashiana Tarang,
Bhiwadi, inspired the community with a conservationfocused session and a drawing activity themed ‘Save Trees,
Save Environment.’ Meanwhile, at all Ashiana projects in
Jamshedpur, tree plantations were enthusiastically carried
out, further amplifying the residents’ passion for a greener planet.

Celebrating the wrap up of 30 days of summer fun at Ashiana

Bhiwadi, residents and kids enjoyed a talent showcase with
ramp walks, dance, and singing, plus pottery, a magic show,
and delicious treats.
Father’s Day Fun Fiesta
At Ashiana Town, Bhiwadi, Father’s Day was a blast
with games like Handkerchief Snatch, Tug of War, and
Kabaddi, bringing fathers and kids together. At Ashiana
Umang, Jaipur, kids performed dances, recited poetry,
and decorated the event, making the day extra special for
their dads.

At Ashiana Umang, Jaipur, Earth Day came alive with vibrant
activities like poster making, umbrella painting, an Earth
quiz, and a short film on Mother Earth. Over at Ashiana
Town, Bhiwadi, 25 kids eagerly planted flower saplings in
a lively Plantation Drive, showcasing their enthusiasm for a
greener planet!
Mission Mango
By collecting around 330 mango seeds through a door-todoor campaign, Kids at Ashiana Umang, Jaipur, donated
the seeds to the farmers for planting. This initiative
taught valuable lessons in teamwork, responsibility, and
environmental care.
Up and Safe
At Ashiana Umang, Jaipur, and Ashiana Town, Bhiwadi, kids
engaged in Lift Safety Training. They learned to use lifts
safely, handle emergencies, and understand proper usage.
With the guidance of the Johnson Lift maintenance team,
20 kids at Ashiana Town eagerly absorbed these essential

Son of Mr. Ravinder Kumar and Mrs. Vatika Gautam, Yuvraj recently triumphed at the MBW International Taekwondo Championship. Competing against 2,500 athletes from 14 countries, he stood tall by winning Gold in Kyorugi and Bronze in Poomsae. His victory is not just a personal achievement but a moment of pride for all of us at Ashiana Anmol. Yuvraj’s success is an inspiring testament to how pushing boundaries can lead to greatness.

SK Palit | HO - Recently, Johnson &
Johnson sent a revision of the AMCs, and
the revised cost was nearly 15% higher than
the budgeted amount. Palit Sir intervened,
met with senior members of the Johnson
team during his visit to Chennai, and
successfully negotiated a reduction in the
AMC cost. Additionally, he ensured that
major costly items were included as part of
the AMC, thereby eliminating any additional
replacement costs.
