    Key Roles & Responsibilities
    • Execution of multistorey group housing projects of at least 5-20 acres at a location including planning estimation, scheduling, team selection, quality & cost control etc. with on time delivery track record
    • Analyse & approve estimates, labor rates, item rates etc & monitor construction costs.
    • Follow up for drawings with Architectural, structure, Electrical, plumbing etc., from HO prior to the start of construction activities.
    • Implement methods, construction checklists & conduct periodic audits at site to check adherenceto construction guidelines & standards, quality and safety measures for consistent operations across projects at the location.
    • Shall be responsible for overall “wow” factor in the projects.
    • Will be responsible to hire, coach & mentor a team of engineers.
    • To maintain the PRW Strength above 80% in the project every month.
    • Will coordinate with purchase team and facilitate vendor enrolment, managing cost, approval(s) & coordination between Branch & Head Office.

    We are looking for a Tax lead. The person will completely be responsible for the overall Management of Tax (Direct and Indirect including Corporate Tax, Goods and Service Tax and any other applicable taxes).
    Mission For Manager (Taxation):
    To handle taxation (both direct and indirect) matters of the company (along with other group entities) which include ensuring compliances, effectively dealing with tax assessments and litigations, and optimizing tax liabilities. Effectively manage an ecosystem comprising of internal teams and external consultants.

    Direct Tax
    • Responsible for all Corporate Tax compliances for all Legal entities including group entities.

    • Working closely with Finance operation Team to ensure GST Compliances for All India GSTINs i.e. GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, ITC reconciliations with GSTR 2A/2B, Annual Returns GSTR 9 and 9C.
    • Review GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, GSTR2A and ITC reconciliations.
    • Preparation of working papers/submissions for Refunds/Assessments/ Appeals/etc.
    • Support Litigation/ Assessments, Represent before the GST, and Customs authorities.
    • Good knowledge of Customs rules and regulations.
