I am part of the Ashiana family since 2010. I got the opportunity to work in different departments and I am thankful to my seniors for the complete support, motivation, and opportunities provided which helped me to grow in my personal and professional life. I always got the right opportunity with a friendly environment to work more on my skills and grow further. I always enjoyed working here and got full satisfaction which is the most important factor which made me work for so long and still enjoying working with Ashiana.

I have been working with Ashiana Housing for the past 11 years. The experience to work with the professional team in the most fun involved manner is the best. This is a great achievement for me to work in discipline where everyone is treated like a family. I think that here, in Ashiana Housing, one does not need to put any type of jack system for professional progress. The hard work of the team together will help to take one to that level itself. There are many moments of pride for me every day in Ashiana but the best one is seeing the jolly faces of the team at the time of completion within record time

I Joined Ashiana on 6th-Nov-13 as an executive (sales) and it's been almost 5.5 yrs. and three different locations (Jaipur, Jodhpur and now Bhiwadi). I have always found everyone so approachable and kind to me. The work culture of Ashiana is very pleasant and transparent. I am fortunate that I am working with such great and lovely people. I have learned to have positive & never giving up attitude in stressful situations which helped me to become a better human. Ashiana helped me in gathering the courage to speak and analysis the right things always. My best moment of pride was achieving the GOLD prize recognition as a team in Ashiana Town from the Director of Ashiana.

It has been 7 years that I have been working with Ashiana. I joined as Site Engineer and now I am here as Deputy Project Manager. During this journey, the company has provided continuous support for my development through various initiatives and training and I enjoyed learning and still learning. It has helped me to achieve my goals and gave me an opportunity to develop my leadership skills. I worked at Jaipur & Bhiwadi, two major locations of this company. So, I can say that in this company you have space for learning, implementing new ideas, expressing your thoughts with your team which helps us to grow individually as well as professionally The best part of this organization is the utmost caring for our customers and employees and I am really proud to be a member of Ashiana Family.

I feel proud to say that it's been 12 years now that I have been associated with Ashiana. My journey is awesome and very memorable so far. I have learned so many things that I cannot explain in words. Ashiana has given me every opportunity to go the extra mile in my professional and personal life. When I joined, I had 0% knowledge of the Real estate sector and I have learned a lot about real estate accounting with the help of my seniors. Ashiana have the perfect environment for all the gender and a perfect place to gain knowledge. The proud moment of mine's when I got my first employee of the year award. Thank you Ashiana for teaching me the talent to work with a smile under pressure and keeping me happy always.

I have been working since April 2010 with Ashiana. During my journey, my seniors provided me lots of training to groom myself and given continuous support for my individual development. I learned various new processes and methods in HR & CSR. It also has given me the chance to implement and express my thoughts in my working. It's a continuous learning environment where everyone strives to improve their skills. At Ashiana, the employees are always motivated to go beyond their usual tasks and work. When you are given a free hand to demonstrate your potential to the fullest, it makes you to be self-motivated to achieve targets & perform surpassing the management expectations. I am grateful to be a part of this fun-filled organization.

I have started my career in Ashiana Housing ltd as Assistant engineer from 1993 and I have climbed up my career ladder as Site Engineer, Project Manager and now As AGM in Bhiwadi. It's been 25 years with Ashiana and I never felt I am away from home. The culture here always teaches me to give and take respect, family environment is the foremost thing this company and the people of this company gives us. We as a company value our morals and works together in the most pleasurable way, no other company can give us. The company believes in me and gave me this responsibility which I am taking care of. I will continue to deliver my services to this company with honesty and dedication in the future also.

My journey in Ashiana has been the most fulfilling one. I have grown in this company from junior designer to AGM today. I have enhanced and developed myself by each passing day. Every day is learning, but what I learned the most is from my mentor. Being part of Ashiana is itself a matter of pride, but my most memorable moments of pride will always be seeing happy smiling faces of children and getting praised by them after every activity been conducted in our project.

When I joined this company, I was not having any idea of the Real Estate Sector. I got here from campus placement and what I found all people at the time of my Introduction were very welcoming and charged up and It was not looking as if I was very new in this company. When I started my career from Jaipur that so much learning I got from my Seniors and team members and the way we care for our customers is truly unbelievable. In this organization, we go with what we say, and we never deviate from our commitment. Continuous improvement and learning attitude I like about this company.

Summarize your journey with Ashiana till now: -I've been with Ashiana Since Nov. 13. The work culture here is pre-eminence and nurturing as each and every employee is a blessing in disguise. No two departments feel unknown. Empowerment and upliftment have its presence all across the company and I've felt it personally. The time I've devoted to the company feels appreciated and valued. Ashiana beliefs in its values like going the extra mile to take care of its employee's happiness. I realized the existence of this value that the time of Annual Tour to Dubai where my Visa got on hold and once I received the approval, the flight ticket was booked instantly for me. My moment of pride was achieving 3 gold awards consecutively in the 1st quarter which motivates me still to achieve bigger, better and double.
