Mr. Ankur Gupta, JMD of Ashiana Housing Limited

He is a well-known name in the Senior Living fraternity. A renowned speaker at ‘Retirement Communities’ all over the world, he is on the advisory board of Ageing Asia and is a co-founder of ASLI (Association of Senior Living in India). Mr. Gupta holds an MSc in Real Estate from New York University, specializing in Senior Living. He has visited several Senior Living projects across the globe and addressed various forums on Senior Living in the USA, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other countries of Southeast Asia. At Ashiana, we have launched our 9th senior living project, having delivered more than 2,000 units in retirement housing across four different locations, with over 3,000 units included in this launch.
